Shades of Love

Shades of Love is an exploration of the many facets of love.  The album moves through yearning for love, finding love, living with love, losing love, trying to forget love, and then moving on.

 Steve LaManna, a producer of special events and conventions, writes about Shades of Love:  "David Harris moved into my sphere of knowledge several years ago when he performed, along with organist Jelani Eddington, at a large charity event in Chicago.

David's talent, style, and relative musical ease in being able to adjust to whatever requests we made of him impressed me and everyone in the show.

Although we got to know one another quite well, I never knew that he could sing! I should have asked!

This album demonstrates his lyrical range, along with his keyboard styling, in a Broadway evening of great love songs. It is not often that real vocal talent comes through while the artist accompanies himself, but that is precisely what David achieves in this album.

Shades of Love is a terrific first vocal album for David, and I am sure you will enjoy playing... and replaying it."
